General enquiries and support

Email pathmates.travel@gmail.com for anything about using PathMates: a trip that will not sync, an invite that did not arrive, a question about how a feature is meant to work, or feedback on something that feels wrong. PathMates is an early-stage product built by a very small team, so replies are written by a human and may take a few days.

Bug reports and feature requests

Bugs and feature requests can go to the same address, or be opened directly as issues at github.com/massimosiani/pathmates/issues. When reporting a bug it helps to include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and the browser or device you were using.

Privacy and data protection

For privacy questions, or to exercise data protection rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export, email pathmates.travel@gmail.com. Please say clearly which right you are exercising and which account it concerns, so the request can be handled without extra round trips. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and why.

Press and partnerships

Press enquiries and partnership proposals also go to pathmates.travel@gmail.com. Please include what you are working on and your deadline.

What we cannot help with

PathMates is a planning tool, not a travel agency or tour operator. We cannot book, change, or cancel flights, accommodation, or tours, and we cannot help with a reservation made through another provider. For those, contact the company you booked with directly.
